1. Who we are
Personal AI SEO ("we", "our", "us") is a software product that provides AI-powered SEO generation for WordPress sites. Our registered contact email is personalaiseo@gmail.com.
2. What data we collect
We collect the following categories of data: • Account data: your name, email address, and password (hashed) when you sign up. • Billing data: your subscription plan and billing status. Payment details (card numbers) are handled entirely by Stripe and never stored on our servers. • WordPress site data: the domain(s) you connect, and the SEO content (titles, meta descriptions, product copy) generated for your pages. • Google Search Console data: search impressions, click-through rates, and ranking positions pulled via the GSC API on your behalf. We store this data to inform AI generation and do not share it. • Usage data: logs of actions taken in the app (e.g. generation runs, approvals) for debugging and product improvement.
3. How we use your data
We use your data to: • Provide, operate, and improve the Personal AI SEO service. • Generate SEO copy for your WordPress pages using AI. • Send transactional emails (e.g. account confirmation, billing receipts). • Respond to support requests. • Comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your content to train AI models without your explicit consent.
4. Data sharing
We share data only with the following sub-processors, strictly to operate the service: • Stripe — payment processing • Vercel — hosting and infrastructure • Supabase / PostgreSQL — database • OpenAI — AI content generation (your page URLs and existing content are sent to generate SEO copy) • Google — Search Console API access, using credentials you provide All sub-processors are bound by appropriate data processing agreements.
5. Cookies
We use session cookies to keep you logged in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. No third-party analytics scripts are loaded on our site.
6. Data retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel and request deletion, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g. billing records).
7. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, email us at personalaiseo@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days.
8. Security
We use industry-standard measures including encrypted connections (TLS), hashed passwords, and row-level access controls. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. If changes are material, we will notify you by email or via a notice in the app. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
