1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using Personal AI SEO ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of the Service
Personal AI SEO provides an AI-powered SEO generation tool for WordPress websites. The Service connects to Google Search Console data you authorize, generates SEO copy using AI, and provides a review-and-approval workflow before publishing content to your WordPress site.
3. Accounts
You must provide a valid email address and accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at personalaiseo@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
4. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance via Stripe. By providing payment details you authorise recurring charges. You may cancel at any time; your access continues until the end of the current billing period. See our Refund Policy for refund terms.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to: • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation. • Generate content that is defamatory, obscene, fraudulent, or infringes third-party intellectual property rights. • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise access the Service's internal systems without authorisation. • Resell or sublicense the Service without our written consent. • Use the Service to harm, deceive, or mislead end users.
6. AI-generated content
The Service uses AI to generate SEO copy. AI output may be imperfect, inaccurate, or not suited to your specific needs. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all content before it is published to your site. We make no warranty that AI-generated content will improve search rankings or achieve any specific outcome.
7. Google data
By connecting Google Search Console, you grant the Service permission to read your GSC data (impressions, clicks, rankings) on your behalf. We use this data solely to inform AI generation for your account and do not share it with third parties. You may revoke access at any time via your Google account settings.
8. Intellectual property
You retain all rights to your WordPress content and any SEO copy you approve and publish. We retain all rights to the Service, its codebase, and its underlying technology. Nothing in these Terms transfers any IP rights to either party beyond what is described here.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will meet your requirements or achieve any particular result.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Personal AI SEO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability for any claim arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or fail to pay fees owed. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. On termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days unless retention is required by law.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email or in-app notice of material changes. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction, as applicable.
