1. Free trial

Personal AI SEO offers a free trial with 50 AI generations — no credit card required. You can evaluate the product fully before paying.

2. Subscription billing

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. Your subscription renews automatically on the same day each month unless cancelled.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access to paid features until that date. We do not offer partial refunds for unused days within a billing cycle.

4. Refunds

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers. If you are not satisfied with the product for any reason, contact us at personalaiseo@gmail.com within 7 days of your first charge and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked. After the 7-day window, refunds are issued at our discretion. We will consider refund requests in cases of: • A verified technical failure on our side that prevented you from using the service. • Duplicate charges caused by a billing error. Refunds are not issued for: • Change of mind after the 7-day window. • Unused generations within a billing period. • Accounts found to be in violation of our Terms of Service.

5. How to request a refund

Email personalaiseo@gmail.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include the email address on your account. We will respond within 2 business days and process approved refunds within 5–10 business days via your original payment method.

6. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy at any time. Changes apply to new subscriptions created after the update date. Existing subscribers will be notified by email of any material changes.
